This Refund Policy governs the procedure for processing reimbursements for Goods returned to T-shirt Hub. Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been successfully inspected and meets all eligibility criteria outlined in our separate Returns Policy.
Once your returned item is received at our facility, it undergoes an inspection period which typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Following a successful inspection, the refund will be initiated immediately. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
The time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider:
All refunds are processed back to the original method of payment used for the purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to alternative bank accounts, cards, or individuals. If the original payment method is no longer valid, we will require documentation to verify the issue and process the refund via an alternative secured method as determined by T-shirt Hub.
If you are expecting a refund and it has not appeared after the timeframes listed above, please contact your bank or credit card company. If you have done this and they confirm the issue is not on their end, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
