T-shirt Hub offers customers a 30-Day Easy Returns period for all eligible Goods. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date the order was originally delivered to initiate a return request with our support team. We aim to make the process as straightforward as possible for your convenience.
To begin your return, you must contact our dedicated customer support team via Email, WhatsApp, or Phone. Please include your specific Order Number and a clear reason for the return. Once eligibility is confirmed, our team will issue a mandatory Return Authorization (RA) number and provide comprehensive instructions regarding the return shipping address and packaging requirements. The customer must ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the return package for proper processing.
The cost of shipping the returned item(s) back to T-shirt Hub is the responsibility of the customer when the return is due to personal preference (e.g., ordering the wrong size, simple change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the color tone). T-shirt Hub will only cover the full return shipping expense if the return is necessitated by our verified error, such as receiving a defective item, an incorrect size, or a wrong product entirely.
Upon the physical receipt of the returned Goods, our quality control team will thoroughly inspect the items against the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2. If the inspection is successful, we will proceed immediately with the appropriate action, either processing the refund or facilitating an exchange, in strict accordance with our separate Refund Policy.
